Shifted to Pune in 1970 and joined M/s. Electronica Machine Tools Ltd. With 34 years of experience in CNC wirecut EDM, CNC EDM and SPM machines, he founded M/s. Sansons Electroquips in 1991 — building a customer base of about 1500 customers and nearly 7000 installations.

A bachelor's degree holder in engineering, he joined the organization in 2004. He manages the sales activities and has contributed to increased growth rates.
